
Who Qualifies?
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be a lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder) for 5 years (or 3 years if married to a U.S. citizen).
- Must have continuous residence and physical presence in the U.S.
- Must show good moral character.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak basic English.
- Must have knowledge of U.S. history and government (civics test).
- Must be willing to take the Oath of Allegiance.
